By using missmevacations.com or booking travel through us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
What we are — and what we are not
This is the most important thing on this page. MissMe Vacations is a travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and the companies that actually provide your travel — cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, airlines, tour operators, and insurers ("Suppliers").
We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier. When you book through us, you enter into a contract with the Supplier, on the Supplier's terms and conditions. Those terms govern your trip — cancellation rules, change fees, refunds, and what happens if something goes wrong. We'll always make them available before you pay. Please read them.
Our fees
Our planning services are provided at no additional cost to you for most bookings — we're compensated by commission paid by the Supplier. Some advisors may charge a separate planning fee for complex or custom itineraries; if one applies to your trip, your advisor will disclose the amount and terms before you commit to anything.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate, not a reservation. Prices, availability, and promotions change constantly and aren't guaranteed until a Supplier confirms your booking and receives the required deposit. We can't honor a price a Supplier has withdrawn.
Payment
Payments are made directly to the Supplier, on the schedule the Supplier sets. Missing a payment deadline can cause the Supplier to cancel your reservation and keep your deposit. We'll remind you, but the deadlines are yours to meet.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms are set by the Supplier, not by us, and they vary enormously — some fully refundable, many not. You're responsible for reading them before you book. We'll help you understand them and advocate for you with the Supplier, but we cannot override a Supplier's policy or refund money we never held.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance on every trip. If you decline it, you accept the financial risk of cancellation, interruption, medical emergency, and lost baggage. We offer travel insurance through Travel Insured; if you buy a policy, its coverage, exclusions, and claims are governed by the policy documents and the insurer, not by us.
Your responsibilities
- Giving us accurate legal names, exactly as they appear on government ID, with correct dates of birth. Airlines and cruise lines charge for name corrections and some won't allow them at all — a typo can cost real money or a boarding denial, and that cost is yours.
- Valid passports, visas, and any required entry documents
- Any vaccination or health entry requirements
- Arriving on time
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissMe Vacations is not liable for injury, loss, delay, damage, cancellation, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of any Supplier, or from events beyond our control — including weather, natural disaster, strike, mechanical failure, illness, government action, or acts of terrorism.
Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount of commission we actually received on your booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The website itself
Content on this site — text, photographs, design, and logos — belongs to MissMe Vacations or is used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.
Disney, Universal, and the cruise lines and resorts we mention are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, or any other brand named on this site, except as an authorized seller of their travel products where applicable.
We try to keep the site accurate, but pricing, availability, and descriptions can be out of date. The site is provided "as is."
Seller of Travel
MissMe Vacations is an independent travel agency based in McComb, Mississippi, which does not require sellers of travel to register with the state. Where another state requires registration to sell travel to its residents, any applicable registration number and disclosure will be posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Pike County, Mississippi.
