Dinner is the show
Celebrity's kitchens are the best in the mainstream fleet — four distinct main restaurants on Edge-class ships instead of one big hall, Eden's produce-forward tasting menus, Le Voyage's fine-dining flagship, and a raw bar that would hold its own ashore.
Evenings run to proper cocktail bars (the Martini Bar's flair show is a nightly institution), production shows in a theater built for aerialists, and the World Cellar's wine flights. It's a late-dinner, long-conversation kind of ship.
