Caribbean Beach spreads its pastel island villages — Aruba, Jamaica, Martinique, and Trinidad — around Barefoot Bay, with white-sand beaches, hammocks under palms, and bridges to a little fort island in the middle. It's a big, unhurried campus that rewards people who like a stroll.

Its ace is Old Port Royale's Skyliner hub: this is the gondola network's grand central, with direct lines to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and a transfer toward Pop and Art of Animation.

Room to breathe, moderate style

Moderate rooms are a real step up in space — most sleep four, many fit five with a fold-down day bed — dressed in beachy, easygoing style. Which village you land in shapes the trip: some put you steps from the Skyliner, others by a quiet beach a longer walk away. That placement is exactly the kind of request we handle.

Cannons over the pool deck

The Fuentes del Morro pool is a Spanish fort with water cannons and two slides, plus a shipwreck splash zone for littles. Sebastian's Bistro handles table-service with a sunset view, Centertown Market covers everything else, and the lakeside walking path around the whole bay is one of the property's nicest morning runs.

The gondola grand central

Skyliner to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios from Old Port Royale (Riviera shares the line); buses to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and the Springs. Internal shuttles loop the villages when the walk outgrows little legs.
