Universal Stella Nova Resort

The star-bright one — a cosmic, sun-splashed resort built for one mission: getting you to Epic Universe before everyone else.

Best forEpic-first itineraries, early risers, and families who want new-hotel shine at mid prices
01 · The Vibe

Celestial, in daylight colors

Stella Nova opened in 2025 as the first of Epic Universe's neighborhood hotels, themed to the warm side of the cosmos — starburst patterns, orbit-line art, and a palette that reads sunrise rather than deep space. Everything is new, bright, and built to move families toward one very specific gate.

The mood is purposeful: this is a launchpad hotel for Epic-first trips, with just enough resort to unwind the evenings.

02 · The Rooms

New-build crisp

Rooms are fresh, light, and efficiently laid out — the newest standard rooms on property alongside sister Terra Luna — with cosmic accents kept tasteful and blackout curtains that respect your rope-drop bedtime. Most sleep four; connecting strategies cover bigger crews.

Ask for an Epic-facing floor: the park's spires and evening glow out your window are the whole sales pitch.

03 · Pools & Dining

Pool, splash zone, food hall

The pool deck runs big and sociable — resort pool, kids' splash zone, cabanas, and a poolside bar — sized for the after-Epic wind-down shift. Dining is food-hall style with all-day variety plus grab-and-go built for early park mornings, and a lobby bar for the parents' nightcap.

It's streamlined on purpose: fuel, swim, sleep, Epic.

04 · Perks & Fine Print

The Epic head start

No Express Pass at this tier — the perk here is position. Stella Nova sits within walking distance of Epic Universe's gates, and guests carry on-site benefits including early park admission — which at Epic, the hardest park in Florida to beat crowds at, is worth real money. Express at Epic is a separate limited product for everyone, so a head start is the honest advantage.

For classic-parks days you keep resort perks and shuttle service; this hotel just points its compass at the new park.

05 · Getting Around

Walk to Epic, ride to the rest

Epic Universe is a short walk out the front — the commute is your sneakers. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay run by shuttle from the lobby, roughly a 10-to-15-minute hop across the resort.

Plan Epic days from here and classic-park days with an earlier alarm, and the geography works perfectly.

MissMe Tip

Epic mornings from Stella Nova: walk over before early entry, knock out the two headliners you care most about, and let us plan the classic parks for your other days — that split is the whole strategy.
