Seven independently run hotels line the boulevard into Disney Springs — towers with familiar loyalty programs, refreshed rooms, and rates that flex further than anything Disney-owned. The theming dial sits near zero; the convenience dial doesn't.

The lineup runs from the high-rise Hilton Buena Vista Palace and Wyndham towers to the newer Drury Plaza with its famously generous inclusions. Each books its own way with its own fees and parking — comparison shopping here is genuinely confusing, which is why people hand it to us.

What carries over, what doesn't

These hotels come with select Walt Disney World benefits — early theme park entry for all guests chief among them — but not everything Disney-owned resorts get: no Disney transportation guarantee beyond their own shuttles, differing fees, and no resort-charging to your room key at the parks. We read each hotel's current terms before recommending one.

Disney Springs — and its bus hub to everywhere — sits at the end of the boulevard on foot; the hotels run their own park shuttles on their own schedules. With a rental car, this strip's flexibility gets even stronger.
